PRESS RELEASE
THE REAL COCKPIT OPENS ITS ONLINE SHOP
Today, the 11th of June 2002, TRC Development has opened its online shop for their project "The Real Cockpit" at her website; http://www.therealcockpit.com/shop. Now flight enthusiasts can buy the products of The Real Cockpit from stock.
All products of The Real Cockpit have been designed from scratch to look and feel like real flight instruments, while driven by Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002. From the outside one cannot tell the difference from the real thing. The servomotors, electronics and specially designed mechanical parts inside make The Real Cockpit flight instruments behave like real instruments, making the flight simulation experience 100% realistic!
The product line of The Real Cockpit carries VFR instruments, IFR instruments, small instruments, electronics, switches and panels.
The Real Cockpit also offers ATD’s (Aircraft Training Devices) like the Basic ATD and the Tabletop ATD. These ATD’s are affordable and versatile entry level Aircraft Training Devices. They are not using LCD screens to simulate the instruments! Instead there are mechanically driven instruments, utilizing servomechanisms and electronics. The instruments are a realistic copy of the instruments at the panel of the Cessna 172 Skyhawk. A complete panel offers all the instruments on the exact position as you would expect them in the real aircraft. TRC Development also offers ATD's from low-cost desktop products to professional flight simulators with moving platform and 180 degrees visual.
