Our terms of payment are Prepayment by Creditcard or Prepayment by bankwire, unless you have an approved credit account with us. Prepayments may be made either by cash, bankcheque (will be cleared prior to shipment), Credit Card or direct deposit into the following account:

If paying by direct deposit you must fax a copy of the deposit details together with your remittance advice, quoting your order number before goods can be shipped.

No personal cheques will be accepted for cash sales, only bank cheques Are accepted. Dishonour fees will be charge back to the customer's account at bank charges plus an administration fee.

A 2% Admin fee will apply to TRC Development b.v. Invoices, but will be waived if the account is settled via cash, cheque or direct deposit.

PLACING AN ORDER - APPLYING FOR DEALER
All orders placed with TRC Development b.v. are accepted on the basis of general agreement to the Policies and procedures outlined herein. The minimum first order value is US$ 4,995.00.

New dealers will receive discount only after ordering multiple products, according to the scheme below.

Dealers must order products for a minimum amount of USD 30,000.00 per calendar year for call off over 12 months in order to receive discounted pricing.

Within a 12 months period, the following discount scheme applies:

- First order of a single product - No discount.
- Second order of a single product - 10% discount, also retroactive over the first order.
- Next orders - 20% discount, also rectroactive 10% over previous orders.
- When ordered 4 products (separately or at once), a discount of 20% applies immediately and 25% applies over each next order

TRC Development may require prepayment of orders via bankwire (direct deposit).

VAT
All Goods & Services supplied by TRC Development b.v.will be charged with 19,5% VAT when shipped within The Netherlands. Our pricelist will clearly indicate your Dealer Buy Price without VAT added. All shipments outside The Netherlands will be charged at VAT 0%, when a valid VAT number is supplied to TRC Development b.v.and when checked on validity by The Real Cockpit. Our Tax Invoices will show the VAT component.

FREIGHT
Freight costs are not included in the product price. We ship all orders UPS Express unles instructed otherwise. 
Unless instructed otherwise we will always part ship orders, & each shipment will incur a delivery fee.

RETURNS
1) Limited Warranty on all products supplied by TRC Development b.v.subsists in the Manufacturer. Warranty products will be repaired or replaced to the customer upon the choice of The Real Cockpit.

2) Returned Products under warranty are only accepted when an RMA number is clearly printed on the outside of the package. All returns without an RMA number are refused and will be returned to send at his own costs.

2) To initiate an RMA, please fill in a TRC Development b.v.RMA form (available via our Web Site) or call our RMA Dept. for a copy. An RMA number valid for 5 days will be issued for all returns, & must be shown on a removable sticker on the outside of carton. This number doesn't guarantee final acceptance. Returns for credit must be made within 30 days of original invoice date and must be a standard stock line that is still current (not discontinued). A restocking fee of 5% to 15% may apply depending on product and Vendor. Goods will not be accepted unless they are complete, unopened, in original packing & condition and include all accessories such as cables, disks, registration cards, manuals etc. Inward freight costs are your responsibility. Discrepancies may result in refusal of return. Any returns for credit will be put against your account as a credit. For Cash Sales, if required, a refund can be posted return mail, pending cheque clearance. Returns which have been paid via Credit Card will be refunded the same way.
